This is hilarious. Really, it is. A lot of funny posts on here concerning Auron/Rikku...

Personally, I love the pairing. Not so much as cute ( well, they kinda are:p ) , but it's intersting. I can see them together easily, and about ff.net... There are some well-written stories that keep both characters intact, making it a romantic and adorable thing to picture. But the badly written ones? T_T; Yeah, I try to avoid those.

The age difference? Doesn't bother me. 20 years is a stretch yes, but love is love. (For us Aurikku fans, anyway, LOL.) It's very possible for opposites to attract, as an earlier post said. All in all, I love Aurikku.

The only negative side for me is Auron being an Unsent, but good writers manage to find their ways out of that fact, thankfully.

Yeah, I agree that their personalities contrast well and they are somewhat cute together. Though I'm sure not used to the age difference at all. Auron could very well be her father, and Rikku is so full of life and I'm sure that she would want someone who is.. alive, and closer to her age, such as Gippal and Tidus. Age differences aside, I do enjoy reading the Aurikku stories as long as they are written well, otherwise, I just don't see it happening.

Rikku is WAY too happy and hyper while Auron is WAY too serious and stoic.
