I'm trying to get Relm at the Ownzers house in Jidoor during the WoR world so I can get Strago at Fanatics Tower. Problem is every time I go into the house the lights have to be off, but they're always on and I've done most of the side quest so I don't know what 2 do. Can someone give me advice.
