if you aren't safe in the pentagon, where are you safe? i'm hoping that Bush doesn't retaliate too hastily...don't want to start something...i don't know what i'm talking about...dude...they used box cutter knives...box cutter knives?! well...if i can think of anything relevant to say, i'll post later. everything that can be said has already be said, in one form or another. the president of the united states of america is speaking right now...he is so calm, and he speaks so eloquently...it is such a contrast to what he is actually speaking about.

this aint no laughing matter....4 planes were hijacked and then 2 crashed into the worl trade center. the other one hit the pentagon and the other too were shot from the sky. peole have a hunch that iraq or ahfganistan did it. people in that country were laghing and beeping hornes. I think they housed an terrorist and he sent those guys to make some damage. I live in canada so its terrifying for us. some kids at school rumor that there will be a nuclear war or something. but we all know that america can wipe those countrys off the map. and america has the support from alot of other countrys so it 6 ginst 2 i think. if i were bush i would retaliate this second!

I liked what Bush said. I liked what he said about "punishing the terrorists and the ones who harbor them." He rallyed the country together.

My school was on national news, yet we didn't evacuate at all. Goose Creek naval weapons station. Second largest port on the east coast(Charleston) + naval weaponry. Yep, not bad for a target. The weapons station evacuated 17,000 military + civillian people. Stratford is RIGHT NEXT TO the station. Like, less than a mile. We stayed in school all day. In fact, I took two tests today. >_<

The whole middle east is a giant trout hole. They have so many terriorist groups and wars over there that it just doesn't matter any more. We need to go over there and kick some ass! Demand that the governments over there help us search for the terroists. We have had a bunch of terriorists attacks in the last years and they keep getting worse. We know that a majority of them come from the middle east but they are uncooperative. If we are not harsh and make it known we will not stand for this trout anymore these attacks will come more frequent and more harshly. If we go to war like we did in Desert Storm then I hope that Bush will give the order to kill the leader unlike his dad who let Sadam go. World Trade Center (Twin Towers) + Building Seven right next to it have collapsed.

One section of the Pentagon was destroyed.

One plane crashed near Pittsburgh.

I think what Bush said was what people felt and what people wanted here in the USA. I don't see how what he said was bad. Anyways.

The way I feel (I live in the USA btw) is a feeling of disbelief. Seeing the towers fall was sickining and shocking. About whoever did it, well I don't think people should jump to conclusions. I mean, who would of guessed an American bombed a building in Oklahoma City? But I will tell you one thing. What the people who did this have done is pissed off the Western world. They basically declared war with 200+million pissed off Americans.

I just hope justice is served.

It's gonna take a while for all of this to sink in.

I think we should just put it to rest.... let it alone. They want retaliation, especially if we just flail out blindly and hit someone else. We should just give it up. Take the dead and the wounded, put our tail between our legs and just walk away. We don't need justice or revenge or more pain and suffering. Bush can go and say things like that because he's probably the safest man in the country. Is he the one suiting up and hopping in a bomber to "punish those who would attack our freedom?" I don't think so. When I thought about my friend in maryland I got very scared, she means a lot to me. And I still haven't called her yet, I guess I should... yeah I'm going to go do that. But we don't need to strike back, we simply want to. We should just give it up, and if we don't anger them, we won't have war. And even if we do take drastic actions, it shouldn't be now, it should be after everything else is done. The dust hasn't even setteled and we were attacking afganastan? Wrong approach. I look over at the TV in my room and wonder how we can talk of war and fighting and the middle east when our problems right now are right here. We shouldn't be talking about the terrorists, but consoling those who've lost. I know its all been said, but I really think we're taking the wrong approach at it. I'm scaring myself really, everytime I here the word terrorist mentioned I just want to scream at that newscaster to shut the f**k up.
