I think so. I don't believe that my soul will continue to exist after death, and when nothingness is the alternative, the circumstances would have to be pretty extreme for me to turn down eternal life. Like Mr. MILF says, society is constantly advancing, and just keeping up would be difficult enough for an immortal being. Unless civilisation comes to a very abrupt halt, there's very little chance of seeing everything that this planet (and indeed, others planets) has to offer. And if that did happen, you could always go around insulting every living being in alphabetical order.
