There are things in my past that I would like to change, but what's done is done and there is no use in trying to create the perfect life as everything can change with one decision, and then you could end up having an even worse life, even if that one decision was an improved one... hope that makes sense.
As for the future, I have no desire to rush through things. I want to live my life in real time, thanks.

I would go way back, to a time when civilization was still young. Of course, I would probably have to pretend to be a man or something, depending where I went, but I'd still love to experience ancient times

I wouldn't want to change anything that has happened in my past. What choices I made in my past are the ones that seemed right to me at the time, at that moment. No point in having regrets.
I'd go into the distant past with a huge arsenal of weapons and make myself surpreme overlord of the world. You all are just lucky I don't have a time machine.... yet.

What gives!? I see that a few people voted for one or the other "future" choices, but nobody has said anything about it. Admittedly, I have thought about what it would be like to relive my life with all of the knowledge I presently have.
I voted "distant future," though. Sometimes I imagine what I would think of today's world as if I were someone from the 16th, or whatever, century. It would have to be incredible! I would like to see how humanity will advance, say...300 or 400 years from now....hopefully there will still be a humanity!
