    Dancing Chocobo Testper?

    I was looking on my Esper chart and noticed that there was 3 espers missing I realized that the other 2 were Starlet and Crusaders. So I went on a final fantasy site and search for the other esper that I was missing. It had no image of the creature, no location of the creature, and there wasn't the name of its speacial attack. The thing did give its name it was Testper so can someone give the information of its location of the esper and how to get it.

    Sorry to graverape, but considering that this is the 5th entry on Google for Testper I'll fill in:

    Testper is not a real esper, it is a placeholder used by developers to test magic learning, hence "Test"per. The only time you will see the word Testper is by hacking the ROM. Don't bother, as Testper itself has no effect, no animation and no relevance to ANYTHING.
