FFx2 Via Infinito Black Element

Hey i was wondering how do you defeat Black Element in inito because every time I fight him he always does Ultima and it kills me immediatly???How to I kill him???

Yikes, I'm at the same part Risha. (Playing through X-2 again wasn't as fun as I thought it would be) Basically, if you have a Dark Knight that has 5000 or more HP, and knows the ability Charon, you could kill him in one hit.

Though I haven't tried this, it should work like a charm. (I'll try it tomorrow to let ya know.)

There many other ways to kill him, which I don't know of.

Okie dokie. So you must have accessed the lift things to get down there, right? You have to use the other lifts in order to activate special pillars to get to the Dark Knight Dressphere. It's right where you defeated Baralai.

To see this more clearly, do you remember where the save sphere was? From there, there were pillars enveloped by smokey stuff right?

dressphere, which is one of the best dresspheres of the game. Youpi-doo!

Didn't you get these questions answered in the 'All Dressphere' thread? You have to get an episode complete in each area. Meaning that you have to do pretty much all you can in each location then in Chapter 5 you should get an episode complete.

As for the black element, I defeated it by having my Dark Knight on a pretty high level and using darkness twice and it was gone.

I seriously suggest you find a walkthrough you sound pretty lost. I've got a couple of good ones if you want them.

You can also get the dance that makes magic ineffective. Not the silence dance, a different one. It's one of those hidden songs, I think. You may need to do the den of woe to get it, don't remember the details.

This definitely works.
What i did was get a piece of equipment with Auto-Reflect and Ultima kills it in one hit.

That's Magical Masque, I don't remember where you can get it either... but I prefer killing it with Darkness... blitz-ace9 strategy also works, so Black Element is a pushover if you use one of those strategies.
