The kana for Quistis' name is something like (doesn't remember 100%) Kisutisu, which leads to the 'KEY-stis' pronunciation.

I used to call it 'Qwi-stis' before, but we all used to say 'Yuf-fee'.

Edea: Is it Edee-a? That's how I've pronounced it. I'd have to wait and see though.
