You cant get banned from spamming in usernotes, well if you can then i would have been banned from them long ago, are you sure?

It depends on what you spam. Like don't try to win a spam battle so Mr. Nosebleed can stop bragging about having 666 usernotes by countering his 11+ pages of spam with the same words he used, which I will refrain from using here because that's what got me banned.

I didn't know we had a custom title ban.

Maybe with the sig ban came the inability to change custom titles or something. A lot of stuff was disabled because of it.

Yes, FF-10 was unresolved and I would still play FF-X-2.
