If Japanese is not being displayed correctly for you then this might help.

Well when i click on a link on one of the the website i was viewing it came up with 'Please use a Japanese-enabled browser.' ill try downloading it but im not sure it will work

Oh, I think that's because the game is restricted to Japan only.
Or so it would seem.

no that cant be true as many americans have aparently been flooding the japanese version (shamefuly i dont know any of them so i cant ask them how they made an account >.<)

They probably blocked certain ISPs or non-jp IP addresses, changing your browser language won't fix it. They probably don't want to waste their bandwidth on users that aren't going to buy it. Maybe they blocked americans because so many were accessing their site, because I can access it just fine.

If you really want to enter the site, your best bet is using a japanese proxy server to access the web. Then the site will think you are in Japan.

Also, just about every popular web browser can display japanese fonts. It all depends on whether or not you have japanese language support installed on your machine. It's not installed by default in WinXP, but it is on the CD. For Win98, you have to download east asian language support from MS' website, as mentioned earlier.

yea i can access that web page but its the link on there (you see the coulored buttons on the side its the top one which is blue) that I cannot access.
