True, true. Janice violently yells at her models, but that's not a the point. Physical and Emotional violence is bad.

I'm pretty sure that verbally berating your suboordinates is considered emotional violence. Especially when those models are taught to look and act EXACTLY and PERFECTLY 100% of the time, as they "should be."
