I like to be hopefull and optismistic about others so I'll hope that he has changed. I say that maybe he learned from his long bann and is ready to be more mature and stay unbanned.

Ok this is probly not allowed ... but i don't know who your talking about ... why was he banned (?) no specifics ... but a general one liner will help alot
