I got usernote banned once, along with quite a few other people, but that's it, I think.
EoEO banned three times, and all-forums banned around five times.
I've banned myself a couple times here, just for the heck of it.

Bcus they spammed to much..I didn't even know u could get banned bcus o it,lol...
I was usernote banned once along with others, as Spiffing Cheese says, and when I was a nublet I was signature banned.
