My weapon would be a gunblad like Squall's from FF8 and i would equip 100% death (which is possible). So if your not immuned to magic then you would automaticaly die.
Or maybe the keyblad so that if i die then Mickey mouse would jump out and fight for me.
Or if i have to fight men my weapon would be slutty dress and the eliment would be aids or STD that will kill us all!

Once called upon, Oborozuki ( the weapon's name ) grows a thin layer of condensation due to its user's reaitsu ( inner chi, we'll say ). The metal mixed with this alluring mixture allows for the user to detach parts of their weapon as sickle shaped projectiles which are control by thin, invislbe wires made up of reaitsu. The more sickles that are departed from Obozoruki descreases the size of the demonic wing. When the user sees it necessary the sickles reform and meld; rebuilding the guillotine back to its natural status. ( Weapon length - Five foot, four inches )

I'd have a drill on one hand and a chainsaw on the other. My element would be piercing (doing the same damage regardless of defense).

If I had to choose, I'd go with the only weapon I've ever been halfway decent: a six-foot bo-staff with a titanium alloy impact surface. Light, fast, and it'll knock someone for a loop if you hit them.
For an element...um. Water or wind, I guess.
