    lol i done the same where i had to choose between gas or electricity. I went for gas. The electricity company, SWEB, said in 6 different letters that a guy would be coming around to install a meter within 3 days if the bill is not paid. It ended up being like 3 months until i finally managed to pay it lol. They just try to scare you
