Regular Edition Box Art!
Regular Edition box art for the American version of FFXII
For those wanting to compare it with the Collector's Edition box art (and who're too lazy to visit the other thread), here it is.
I prefer the Collector's Edition box art by miles.... But, seeing as I won't be purchasing either version (PAL gamer), it doesn't really matter which I like best....

What's different about them? Content-wise I mean. I prefer the look of the collector's edition. Is it just a prettier look, or are they planning on adding things to make it collectible
Collector's Edition comes in a special little tin with the japanese trailer for FFXII and some stupid look back on previous titles. We're all going to begrudginly pony up and pay the extra ten bucks for it though.
I like the cover showing all the main characters, even though Ashe looks a bit weird on the cover. Hopefully the PAL version will also have box art instead of just being an empty box with nothing but FFXII title and a logo.

Funny, I prefer the simple FF Japanese artwork - I think it usually summer up the game better than the NA one, although the latter "show" a lot more. Also, that all the covers are similar adds a sense of continuity, something more that tells you right away it's a Final Fantasy game.Originally Posted by Sephiroth1999AD

Nice. I'm all for that. Though that would have taken one dude, what, a day maybe to compile all that? If the history thing is like a documentary maybe a week, tops. The interviews are already done. So are the trailers. Art gallery would be nothing to throw together. I'm not sure that justifies an extra ten bucks. Five maybe. But oh well. I'm sure I'll pay it
WTF no full logo art? that pisses me off.
It is funny how all Final Fantasy games have the characters on the cover for the US cover art, Japan and Europe (i am fom UK) always get the better cover art for any game, especially Final Fantasy games white background with logo, so simple yet so beautiful.
