Hide out in the corner of the stadium, and equip the Guard ability. When the ice bolts come at you, press the Square button, and it should reflect back the bolts for damage. That's how you damage the Ice Titan.
I'll let someone else field the actual strategy to beating the Ice Titan.

Level up to Level 62 or 63 at least.

The battle will have you going AHHH a lot.
And you will be guarding a lot, everytime an ice bolt or ice boulder (appears above you) you will have to guard or experience a flurry of ice waves.
At some point it will be stunned for awhile then you can attack it for a good amount o damage.
And Gliding around will help when he starts to make earth quakes.
And stay on top of the bleachers at all times. You will have to glide back and forth from the north bleacher to the southern one a lot to avoid attacks.
