Christina Aguilera Back To Basica

Her CD just came out today and I rushed to get it. It's a double CD, 22 songs in all. Thoughts?

I've only listened to the second CD in whole, so I can't really judge the album in whole too well, but the second CD was fantastic, from start to beginning. Enter The Circus (the intro), Welcome, Hurt, Candyman, Save Me From Myself, and The Right Man are the standouts on that CD to me. I'll comment on the first CD later.

Christina Aguilera is definitely one of my favourite artists. I'd argue that she probably has the best, real voice in the 'biz today (what with Whitney being a crackhead and Mariah kinda...aging). I was disappointed with her turn to the more 'Dirrty' side, but I respect her for doing what was right for her. I'm looking forward to picking up this album soonest.

I didn't know she was briniging out a new CD. I'll look forward to hearing it as I think Christina Aguilera is very good. Her voice is amazing.
