I missed siren, will I be able to draw it from the tri-face and still go back to the world map to do side quests?

Are all disc 3 sidequests available on disc 4?

WHERES THE F&*( is melden (or however its spelt) plains for the rock sidequest?

I normally don't fight cactuars in order to get items. And I am doing all I can to prepare for omega, and am also thinking about video taping it for the hell of it So I will post that when I do it and if I do it.

Please don't post twice in a row, ffxatticus

You can leave Ultimecia's castle at any point, so long as you aren't like actually fighting her

The rock quest where they talk to you and mock you and drive you to tears? A bit north of esthar.

This can be done pretty easily without gaining much EXP. The method that works the best early on in the game is using Quezacotl's Card command in battle to morph an enemy into a card. This way you gain the normal amount of AP, but no EXP. The enemy's HP has to be depleated by at least half before this will work, however. If an enemy can't be Carded (you'll get a message saying that they can't), then cast Break on them. This won't give you any AP but it won't give you EXP either.

Once Balamb Garden becomes mobile, you can head on down to the Kashkabald Desert (directly west of Cactaur Island in the Centra region). You will encounter Cactaurs there, which yield 20 AP per kill and only about 3-10 EXP. Very nice.

Yes. You can draw Siren from Tri-Point in Ultimecia's Castle and still leave. The only time you can't leave is when you enter her little hut at the end of the Castle.

No. You cannot enter any cities in Disc 4 because they are all surrounded by barriers. You can do the Queen of Cards side-quest. She can be found at the Lunar Crash Site. That's on the southern part of the penninsula southeast of Esthar. Beware, because she uses whatever rules she wants, and I can guarantee you that you won't like them. An easier way to get the QoC quest cards in Disc 4 is to play the girl on the left of the Diamond Duo aboard the Ragnarok. She is the only CC Group member that uses QoC quest cards.

I'm not sure if you can do the Chocobo Forest side-quest. I've never tried it because I've always done it beforehand so I could get the Chicobo card. I think you can though. Unfortunately, that doesn't matter, because you will need a chocobo to recover the Ragnarok anyway.

I'm guessing you mean the Shumi Village? That's on the northern most island. The Status Guard you recieve can be obtained much easier though, just mod Doomtrain's card for 3 of them.

You can't do any sidequests which involve you entering a town on Disc 4. I'm not sure about Obel Lake etc, I usually do them on Disc 3. The Chocobo quest can be finished on Disc 4 I believe, and you can also get Ragnorok on Disc 4 and go and draw max potent magicks from Islands Closet to Hell/Heaven. If I were you, I would also get the Gilgamesh and Laguna cards seeing as they refine into 10 Holy Wars and 100 Heros respectively.

No offense, but that is not wise at all. Cards are almost as important to this game as the Junction System is. They allow you to refine powerful magic quickly and easily, make upgrading weapons a breeze, allow you to teach GFs very useful abilities, and also give you very useful items. Overall they rule, and will make the game much easier.

If you have done the CC Group side-quest prior to Disc 4, then they will all be on the Ragnarok. They will have every rare card that you do not have, and the girl on the left in the Diamond Duo will have all of the cards from the QoC quest.

Yah, you would do well to get cards and refine them. What I used to do was win the better cards and keep them all in my inventory till just before you go to Lunatic Pandora. Thats when I would refine them all.

well, I guess I didn't need them...but next time I will get them to make everything A LOT easier. I got 100 magic of all the best, all the gf abilities I need, and every junction except 1 character doesn't have luck. But next time I play the game through I will definetly play cards all the time.

I found out that ultima weapon quest was available on disc 4...well...because I owned him today. and...

    OMEGA FACES MY WRATH TOMORROW!

...and after that I guess a new final fantasy to play. I'm thinkin 7 or 9, because I have them and haven't beat them. which should I start first?

btw. that ending sequence was the best ever! AND THANKS FOR THE HELP EVERYONE!

I'd play 9 first, just a personal preference.

If you have played and enjoyed the earlier FFs (1-6) then 9 will be a better choice.

the easiest way to defeat all the bosses are use Irvine limit break (cast aura on him), AP ammo, u can deal 9999 damg each shot with 200 Str.
I think with 3 or 4 times limit break, the bahamut will down.
You need more spirit if you dont want Ruby Dragon's breath does 9999damg on you.

I've read the walkthrough, but I'm still gettin beat. Can someone help me with this?
Ruby Dragon:To fight Ruby Dragon you must have Doomstrain that sleeps the dragon easily and also make the enemies Vit. to 0.Make sure you have Irvine in your party and cast Aura on him and use his limit break,Shot. Take AP ammo and make sure Irvine strength is high and do this repeatedly, you will win the fight but don't forgot to summon Doomstrain because the dragon will woke up and may use it Breath to finish you.

Bahamut:Same as you fight with Ruby Dragon..

Malboro:I junction Confuse,Berserk,Pain,Sleep on my Status Atk and summon Doomstrain to make the fight easier,if you have Eden you will kill the malboro easily and Eden can make damage more than 9,999!

I hope this can help you (To me this is very effective).
