EDIT: I should note that the code (and many more tips) can be found here. It's a bit of a walk down the page; it can be found underneath a "Recruit Vincent" subheader. There is also a "Recruit Yuffie" tip slightly below. A CTRL+F (or whatever the find feature in your browser is) for "Recruit" should get you to where you want to be rather quickly. ;)
