I've got Episode Complete in every area except Guadosalam, Macalania, and Mt. Gagazet. Those areas are viewed as Episode Concluded.
So, I still cannot obtain the Mascot Dressphere. Is this why?
Ok, since I don't play the English version of the game, I may have this mixed up, but.....

Episode Complete means you have successfully completed what needed to be done in the area. Episode Concluded means that you have completed the quests in the region, but not in a satisfactory manner.

To get Mascot dressphere, you need to get Episode Complete everywhere
