First your GF has to know the Boost ability (10 AP, go to GF you will have to hit something, then you'll see the Abilities, set to Boost)

To Boost hold Select and Tap Square when the X is NOT ON THE FINGER. If you do, it'll go back to 75, where it starts.

It can go from 75 to 250.

    Hope I helped!

That helped a ton. I just didn't know which button to hit. Also, will it show that I'm boosting the damage or whatever while I'm hitting it?

Keep in mind that if you don't use boost, it'll be at 100%. If you start boosting and fail, it'll go down to 75%, which is weaker than it would have been if you didn't try boosting it.

You sure? Every time I have ever started, the meter shows 75% before I ever boost.
