Final Fantasy III DS Translation (Wiki)

Some folks have created and are working on a translation wiki for Final Fantasy III DS. I think it's a great idea because it'll keep everyone from translating the same menu 10 times.

But what for, since it will surely get an official translation as soon as possible?
3 months is too long for some people to wait?
I know no way in which an amateur's project can be ready faster than 3 months...
Ummm.... It's coming out next month (or at lesat, according to Square-Enix). So the wait really isn't that long. And hey, no harm in having the site. It's kindof like an online testament to the game.

So... there's really enough people out there who want to import the game when its stateside release has already been assured for the upcoming months? That's crazy...
it could be useful for me but the problem is that i don't know if the NA version comes out on sept 12 or november (according to gamespot)
