Ribbon?

I saw somewhere (of course, I forgot) that you can get a Ribbon from Flailing Ochus? By bribing them? Grrr. Can someone correct me or let me know how to get a third Ribbon?
I got 2 right now:
1 from underground Bevelle
1 from defeating Angra Mainyu

There are a few other ways to get third ribbon, on top of bribing oversouled Flailing Ochu, namely:

-In Thunder Plain, calibrate tower 10 perfectly during mini-game (CH2 or CH3). Come back for the fiends mission in CH5 and score Ribbon in a chest (I think it's that, I'll have to check my notes to be sure though)

-Rare Bribe from Omega Weapon or Ultima Weapon, OR regular bribe from oversouled Omega Weapon or Ultima Weapon. If you've got the money, I'd say go for that one ;-)

Am I missing another ribbon source?
