right, for some unknow reason all my menu's and icons have shrunk has this happened to anyone else? iv attached a pic for you to see what im talking about

Everything looks normal to me.

When you change the resolution, the size of the menu and other in-game windows changes. The higher the resolution, the smaller the windows. It's perfectly normal.

I like to see what im reading and not haveing to squint to see my menu's, anyways i figured out why this was happening, it was because of my kahkah windower (I had the settings for 1280x1024 which made all menu's really small) and the reason I was confused was because it changes the FFXI config so when I had thought that it was because of the windower i stopped useing it and the settings were still the same (which is prolly why the GM couldnt help me) but iv got my lovely chunky menu's back ^^
