Depends on the member. If it's someone worth meeting, then I would find out.
This basically means I would only care if it were BoB, Psychotic, or Levian.
I'd just say something sarcastic like 'sup noob' and then log into the computer next to them and kinda freak them out.
I've met people from here before. We played Wario Ware and went to the grocery store a lot.
I think that it would be a totally weird coincidence.
I'd probably freak out. Then I'd say "Um, um, um, you go on EoFF? I do, too..." And I don't know what else I'd do.

I would just leave him or her at it. Unless there was something really important that I had to tell them like there was a fire about to kill them or whatever. I for one hate being disturbed when I am on the computer.

Yeah, if someone saw me browsing EoFF and came up to me and started talking to me about it, I would be kinda freaked out.
