what do you mean? how is that possible? what is needed to be done for the "extra 5%?"

i chose YL in the first game and i will choose NY in New Game+ (i'm about to go to last place in chapter 1). so is it automatically added by the end of the New Game Plus? Or do I have to perform a special task?

It's 5% extra percentage, but you can't get 101%... it's like a way to make your life easier.
