Magna Carta Sig....rates?
From 20 I give you 17 just cause the colours are a bit too sharp. Text needs work too. Other than that the effects are so cool.

ummm pen tool is kinda hard to teach. But atlanteay gave me a tut that was somewhat helpful. Try asking her.

I just saw a tutorial at gamerenders on the little guy the other daybut your sig is way better than the tut's. and i mean WAYY better. It's got a great theme and a flow to it. The light source is also well done. okay..i 'll shut up now.
