Daemon Tools Trouble....

I downloaded Daemon Tools, and Deus Ex, I got Deus Ex to work fine on it. I mounted the .mds file, and that installed the .mdf file ( which I assume is the actual game as it was 700mb ). And happily played Deus Ex.

So, I downloaded System Shock 2 today, and instead of a .mds file and a .mdf file, it was an ISO ( and a whole lot of other crap ) So, I mounted the ISO, and installed the game fine, but when I try to play the game, it says put in the game CD. So, now I have my question, WTF DO I DO NOW !
