I was at a used game store last weekend and they had a copy of FFIII for the SNES for $150. I know the game is hard to find and all, but who would pay $150 for it? Makes me very happy that I still have my copy.
I got Final Fantasy I for $2 a couple of years ago.
Only $150? I've seen the SNES version go for $300 0n ebay![]()
Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

Awesomeness, someday my NES catridge of FFI and SNES cartridge of FFIII may be worth uh, millions! lol
THE JACKEL
add me, PSN: ljkkjlcm9
At least FFIII: US is actually rare. I saw FFIX in a used game store for $100 AUS once.
I s@#$ you not.
All those games are way overpriced compared to the cost I can find them back home. Like, three times too much.
...
I saw FFVII for $30 a couple of days ago. I nearly bought it, but then I realized I already got one. Man, cheap. Most other stores has it for $80
That had nothing to do with FFVI though. But I did buy the PSX version for $24. It's sold without FFV in Europe.
If you bought any of that NES/SNES/etc. stuff for so much you are a complete dumbass. Seriously. They're called emulators, and they are free. Not to mention superior to the console versions.
The only way Final Fantasy IIIUS is worth $150.00 is in a complete, mint package with all manuals and mint box. If it's an unopened copy, it's worth roughly $200-220 depending on the condition. For a cartridge alone, even in mint condition, anything over $60 is a rip-off.
I got it for about 50$. About as much as recent games.
*raises hand*
I would, but that's only because I'm still having mental issues because my sister got rid of our original copy when we moved in 1997, then when it came out on anthologies the world was normal but still has the little hole inside.
....
It's nice to see such appreciation for things like that, and the fact you can appreciate emu's more than the real thing just makes things worse.
Where did my guards go?![]()
