Waaay past his used by date. He made some awesome music and he had some of the best dance moves, but the things he has done outside music made him famous for the wrong things.

The jury in Jackson's child molestation case found him not guilty. That's however many jury in the case (somewhere between 8 and 12, I believe) found him unanimously innocent. These people were shown more evidence than anyone else in the world.

If there's any possible way that he did it, the proof would have been in that trial. You can ignore that fact if you want to, but it's your loss.

It equates to innocent, though, by a lot of other standards (presumption of innocence and double jeopardy are two that come to mind). They only say "not guilty" instead of "innocent" because the standard of proof is on the prosecution. However, after a not guilty verdict, under the law the defendant is innocent (unless one of the few loopholes to double jeopardy - such as new evidence - comes up).
