Squall( shoots bullets for long range and has a high ATK power)
Lulu(casts black magic with Flare and focus makes her really useful)
Amarant(high ATK throws long range weapons and can cast auto-life and regen on a party at once using only 12 MP)

Overall team in my opinion, and Ramza can become any of those jobs from FFT.
