The last time I done it was back in 2004. I got an elephant for doing it.

I was underweight last time the blood wagon came through town, though. They wouldn't have me.

I do not have a plasma manufacturing facility.

And, honestly, if I did, I'd be using the plasma to glass planets who resist my rule.
