So......da......? You mean pop? Root beer is good pop. I like IBC root beer best. But pop isn't good for you. I should drink less pop. If only pop wasn't so tasty. I used to drink a lot of Pepsi but then I thought "There's much better pop to be had elsewhere". Coca-Cola is possibly my least favorite kind of pop.

Every time a thread like this shows up, Dr. Unne says something along these lines, and all I can do is quote it. All though, I must say Frostop is the greatest rootbeer there is. It is basically A&W before pepsi bought the name. Hard to find, but so damn worth it. A keg runs 30 bucks at the liquor store, so I tend to keep one handy. I also must say I enjoy coke more than pepsi. But this is all irrelivent if there is Root Beer handy.

Note that a carbonated beverage does not need to be caffinated; neither does pop, or any other nonexistant synomical term.
