Your average good sig is what I said - a few people looking in at corners or side-by-side or whatever. No text required, sometimes they are supposed to stand out a bit more than usual, sometimes they are meant to be lighter than what the banner in EoFF should be, sometimes they are a bunch of girls, whatever. I find that the banners that did better with the staff last year were the ones that didn't look like 50% of the sigs at EoFF.
If you don't get what I'm saying, just ignore the bit about banner vs. sig and concentrate on the other things I was saying.
