Not sure if making 'Eyes on' white made it any better.
'Eyes on' been darkened and given a glow. *shrugs* Maybe this is better.
If you're gonna do that, put a drop shadow on the white text or a black outer glow to give it more definition.
I never really noticed till now. I did a further inspection and seems that X and Y are a few pixels shorter than the other letters. Don't have any explanations as to why that's the case. I don't think it's a major concern.
Personally, my favorite so far is Arrianna's Vivi banner.
Personally, I think Arriana's banner with the villains was the best. Mulley's right though. You need to darken Sephiroth a bit.
Here's the third one I'm working on.
...and I darkened Sephiroth on demand, again, but I refuse to make him any darker.
@ Agent Proto: It's not the color of the "Eyes on" that needs to be white it's the glow you have behind your lettering. You seem to have used the default glow which is a light yellow and it's clashing with the rest of the image. BTW, I love the idea.

Gooey, yours is my favourite, but I think you could find a better eye to place in Vivi's hand, one that draws you in more, or something?
I made it darker, tried to make the text less blue and added a border on one. Better or worse?![]()
I love your's gooey, but I think the eye needs to mesh a little better with the hand. It looks a little awkward as it is right now. But otherwise, I like it a lot.![]()
I don't really like the Terra sprite in the corner.
I prefer this one but it would probably look better if your script was a little bulkier and the glow was smaller. Maybe by moving the stroke to the outside or eliminating it. (Also as I mentioned earlier you might want to adjust the yellow glow behind your script & numerals to white.)
I love it. The eye in the center needs more contrast. I also agree with Yamaneko, the sprite is unecessary.
Thanks for the comments everyone. Here is a draft without the sprite, and with a different eye:
