Pyramid Head appears in the 2006 film Silent Hill. He is one of the Silent Hill's dangerous creatures and is first encountered by Rose Da Silva in Midwich Elementary School while looking for her daughter. In the film, he appears to represent the child Alessa's desire to visit vengeance upon the inhabitants of Silent Hill - a manifestation of rage rather than self-motivated guilt and sexual frustration as is his purpose within Silent Hill 2, and is drawn from her darkest nightmares.

Nurses...Alessa saw the nurses as the people that augment/prolonged her pain...not to mention the fact that the worst parts of her life was spent in a hospital.

Burnt Children...one of two things. They could be manifestations of Alessa after she was burnt, or the children that were so cruel to her.

By the way.. im completely obsessed with Pyramid Head.. i draw him all the time, people in my class think im sick in the head lol. The are danish so they dont know what Silent Hill is, have no clue of it..... I also sometimes get feeling of wanting to be in Silent Hill.. which is probaly somethin wrong with me there to, cant completely explain it, im drawn to the town.
