    Default Adding fonts to GIMP

Does anyone know how to do this?

Gimp gets any fonts in your Font directory, so adding fonts to gimp is as simple as opening up the control panel, going to fonts, and placing any new fonts you want in there.

    Thanks.

Also, how do I tint images different colours?

I can't run GIMP atm so I can't be sure on this, but there should be some dialog under a Color or Image heading somewhere that says Color Balance or maybe Colorize. Either of this can get a desireable effect. Color Balance > Colorize though.
