Uh, first of all, don't spam. And why not try vBulletin's forum to find an answer there. Flashchats are fun.

There was some silly thing that was popular for all of one night that didn't take anything to install and you could chat and browse simultaneously. It's hidden somewhere in the depths of GC, and I don't remember where.
