how must i get the cloudy mirror in his power on my game he is to weak and i don't no how te get him in his power.

If you mean "how do I power up the cloudy mirror", then you need to go to Macalania Forest and follow the "shiny path" that goes above the trees. Part of the way along you'll find a plant off the path. "Talk" to it and you'll activate the mirror. This is needed to access some components of the Celestial Weapons.

yeah but there standing a girl in the way how must i get that girl out of the way.

Talk to the family down below the shiny path in Macalania Forest. They're missing their husband. Find him near the spring (where Tidus had that love scene), and reunite the family. When you do that, the kid goes missing, he's then standing up blocking the way in to the huge orb where you power up the cloudy mirror. Talk to him, he runs off, then you can power up the cloudy mirror to the celestial mirror.
