For me, it's the soundtrack of "Le fabuleux destin d'Amelie Poulain" because the music is so soothing.

I was listening to the RotK soundtrack today and it's so magnificent .

Also, I just recently got a hold of the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind OST and it's beautiful. Too short though! But still very very beautiful. "Peer Pressure" is gonna be my wedding processional song.

Good Choices, I shall expand. Anything John Williams composes, Howard Shore as well (LotR composer), more so John Williams though, his musics lovely.

I also like the Armageddon soundtrack. =D Not very symphonic but I like it none-the-less.
