Pirates win, every time. Take Blackbeard for example. Blackbeard would light hemp matches woven into his beard just because he could. When they finally caught him, he was shot five times and stabbed over twenty times before he even went down long enough to kill. Henry Morgan was so famous a pirate (and committed some pretty shocking acts) that he had a brand of rum named after him. WHERE'S YOUR MINAMOTO NO YOSHlTSUNE BRAND SAKE?! That's right, there isn't any, because ninjas always lose to pirates.
Further, this is a silly poll. Shadow's job is given as "assassin", not "ninja", and Faris can become a ninja. Now if you had Leila vs. Edge, that would be incontestible.
