I never used to say it all but because Rei mentions 'tickle my fancy' in virtually every single post she makes, I've got very addicted to it and am starting to say it to people in real life.

I even said it this morning to my friend. She was putting out some biscuits, I looked at one and said 'Ooooh, Custard Creams! These tickle my fancy'
