    So I guess it's a set-up like on "Just for Laughs Gags."

    The man isn't actually in a wheelchair for any reason, and once he falls out the kid finds out he can walk and beats him up for not telling him; but it's all an act to make a joke and involve people around them.

    I didn't find it funny, even if it was fake. It was lame, even.
