I picked Red XIII simply because he's my favorite overall in FFVII. Sure I'm ticked he had a very limited role and said only one line, but what can I do? Nada.

My second choice would be Reno and Rude as a duo. Those 2 were the comic relifef of the film and I found myself cracking up on numerous occasions involving them.
