Every time I try to use my disc drive I get an error code 39. "Drive is either corrupt or missing." I got a new disc drive hoping it would fix the problem, but it didn't. Then I tried deleting the upper and lower filters like places have suggested and that didn't work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still not working. Is there any other way to fix this problem?
