Rate The Game

On a scale of one through ten how would you rate Final Fantasy IX? I think I'll give it a seven it's a fun game but it's pretty short. If you just follow the main storyline and don't complete any sidequests you should be able to beat this game in a few days...Unless you run into some problems.

It took me like 50-60 hours my first time to beat it, with minimal side quests. Then again I didn't use a strategy guide, so I had a bit of fun exploring everything.

But I would rate it a 9. While very good in many aspects, and I loved how it had so many of the classic elements and references from older games. I have very few gripes with the game, but at the moment I can't recall them (I'm sort of half asleep at the moment.) But I'm also a strict person when it comes to rating games. I don't think I've ever had or will rate a game a perfect 10. >.>

I meant about four, five, six, or maybe seven days I like to stay up late and play video games. When I'm playing a game I'm pretty focused on it I never get sidetracked since I don't have any friends to distract me.

At least a 10/10, is this a question? Never has a FF reflected so good what FF was about in the beginning, as FF IX.

hmm. i guess most of us have high standards from other FF's so this scale in in comparison to other FFs.

FF9 is my favourite or second favourite FF. its so hard to choose because FF6,7,8 and 9 are masterpeices.

id definetly give it 10/10. its a truly amazing game. it is a little bit "love it or hate it." but if you think about it and give it a chance you'll find its one of the best FFs.

I would have to say a 9.2/10 for me. The customisation of weapons the story and the characters were they highlight of the game for me. Oh and don't forget the music, the music rocked!!

Same for me. But an 8.5 is high for me, because I consider 5/10 to be exactly in the middle average and not "horrible experience" like most scales.

It probably doesn't deserve a ten but its my favorite game ever and I've given games 9s so in order for you to tell IX apart it must have a 10!

I didn't have a strategy guide when I was playing Final Fantasy IX so I didn't know about the Ozma boss battle.

FFIX is as long as the averge FF. For me about 70+ hours.

Id give it 9.9/10. My favourite game of all time.
