    Does DDR count??

I try to exercise...but I have very little time to do so. So sometimes I slack.

oh i'm hopeless at any kind of dancing that doesn't involve acting like a chicken or putting my right foot in and taking it out, then putting it in again and shaking it ALL about

I can do up to 8 footers. Well, some of them. I'm almost flawless if I use the PlayStation hand controller to cheat.

And hop... to the left! One hop, right foot now~! Left foot now... cha cha real smoooth~ xD *falls over*

I can't even follow the really fast DDR ones though, with my EYES. I'll get so lost and just see all the really fast arrows scrolling by and have no idea what they are. I don't see how people can actually follow with eyes and feet e_e

Not that I play DDR often, more like a couple times a year when I'm home with my brother So there, I exercise a couple times a year. I tried jogging earlier this year too... ONCE. Regretted it forever xD Some old middle aged woman passed me and I cried inside my heart.

We have a stair stepper in the basement. Unfortunately I'm tall enough that if I try to use the thing, I bang my head against the celing. ><

I should've read the first post before I answered the poll...

I go for a walk every other day, if the weather's nice. I.e. cloudy, windy, or rainy and below 65 degrees F.

I would say that I am fit. That and I am addicted to endorphins and a severe lack of oxygen. All hail the runner's high!
    Weirdos

I never got the runner's high thing. I did track in high school for 3 years and ran like every day. (I did the 800 meter run for my thingmajig) I never got any runner's high. xD When I quit running it was so easy, I just didn't do anything Then I lost all my muscles

Housework isn't good exercise. That's why there are so many flabby bingo winged housewives, because they think housework an "running round after the kids" is going to keep them fit, which it isn't. I exercise everyday. I'm very fit.
