Odaisé Gaelach's link says about everything you need to know. Basically there's a statute of limitations in Mexico for things like that and it was about to be up so they petitioned the US judicial to extradite based on US/Mexican treaties and they have. Now they have to go before a US judge to determine whether the extradition will go forward.
From what I know about the case, which I admit to being very little, he was arrested because Bounty Hunting is illegal in Mexico and that is where the arrest of Luster took place. I think it is pretty funny and, if what I said earlier is true, he does get in some legal trouble. Regardless of what he has done in the past to help the law, he broke it himself and needs to live up to that. Blaming it on the jealously of others is pretty ridiculous.
Then again, I don't like Dog very much. He is too simple a man with too large an ego.
