Just to make sure, it's not really a ledge, but more of an alcove. On the map, it goes up away from the main path and hooks to the right.

Seriously, though, you may already have it. Perhaps you should check back around Spira to make sure you have the others. Did you get the one onboard the S.S. Liki?
